I do research related to stock market anomalies, mutual funds, short selling, and information acquisition.

I received my PhD in finance from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.

I earned BS and MS degrees in economics and finance from Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business.

I like to exercise, read, coach little league baseball, and be with my wife and young children.
